Unable to login in admin.microsoft.com

Hi ,

I have created one free azure subscription using my organizational account.
I can log in to portal.azure.com but then I can't see all options are enabled like Azure Active directory, showing No Access.

But when I log in to portal.azure.com using one of my other personal Hotmail accounts, I can access the Azure Active directory.

And I am unable to log in to admin.microsoft.com using the same login id.
I am getting the following error.

Switch to an account that has permission
Your account () doesn’t have permission to view or manage this page in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the delayed response.

In this case you need to create new work account from Azure AD with Global Administrator role instead of using your personal account, because Office Admin portal http://admin.microsoft.com/
only works with work account. Hope this helps.
