Execute ADF at 12:00 AM UTC using wait activity

HI all,
I want to trigger my ADF pipeline at 12:00 AM UTC by using a wait activity (Note- Pipeline get trigger using blob event)
I am using below script but on while monitoring it holds for only 1 sec, Can someone help me where it is getting wrong

Could you please elaborate a bit on your requirement? I want to trigger my ADF pipeline at 12:00 AM UTC by using a wait activity (Note- Pipeline get trigger using blob event) - This statement is a but confusing. Do you want to schedule the pipeline using a Schedule trigger or you would want to trigger the pipeline as soon as the blob is available in the source location? Please elaborate a bit on the usage of wait activity here so that we can better assist you.
