Unable to retrieve .mkv output files from Azure SDK recordings on Windows 10

I am unable to locate .mkv output files from Azure SDK recordings I made using sdk recorder and sdk viewer tools. I saved to my local C drive (Winodws 10) and was able to verify and playback recordings over the two weeks I was using the SDK but now, a few weeks later, am unable to locate them on my machine. I have searcedh with cmmnd prompt for .mkv but all I can find are .temp files....

I am a beginner to this technology and feel like I have to be missing something simple in order to locate these .mkv files. Please help!

Hello @cat r can you find the recordings when going to the Open Recording section of Azure Kinect Viewer tool?

Also, can you ensure you have the ability to create a file in the location you are asking the Azure Kinect Recorder to create it? Also make sure your disk has sufficient space.

I am not able to see the .mkv recordings in the viewer tool. I only see temp files....

I had sufficient space on my disk and was able to find a test output recording / file (.mkv) in this location.

Just unable to locate the rest.

You mean you can create new recordings though you can't find historic ones anymore?
