Visual studio 2022 cannot close and move git change window

Question

My visual studio 2022 cannot close and move git changs window. When open window git channgs it is black box on top right screen.
I can close it with Shift+ESC but when open window again it is same.
Any help?

Please update your VS2022 to the latest version and check if the Git Changes window works normally.

If you install some third party extensions, please temporarily disable them through Extensions > Manage Extensions > Installed.

Meanwhile, you can try to repair your VS2022 in Visual Studio Installer > More > Repair.

I had the same exact problem happen to me and I reset the window layout. Resetting the layout will restore everything to their default position.

I found the info here:

but the steps are as follows:
On the menubar you should see window

Window>>Reset Window Layout
