azure copy

Q.1.) I want to copy an azure resource group from one subscription to another subscription .
Q.2.) I want to copy an azure resource group from one azure tenant to another azure tenant account.

Important Note : Here my question is how can copy our azure resources not moving our resources.

If you want to copy resources you will have to recreate them manually. I would suggest checking the link below as it shows a method via Powershell to automate this operation:
