Please i need your help on this issue.
We are trying to create a chatbot from the Power Virtual Agent within Teams. You get an error "There was a problem reaching this app'' as shown below:

Have you tried to see if you could open the app in Teams web client?
Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?

I have the same problem in both Teams (Web and Desktop) and I can share console log:

It looks like problem verifying tab source web page.
