April 12, 2022—KB5012649 (Security-only update) Fails on Server 2012R2

Standalone server is having problems installing April 12, 2022—KB5012649 (Security-only update) not sure exactly why, all my other domain joined 2012R2 servers do not have this problem.
Anyone know where I should look first?

    I'd check the \windowsupdate.log file for clues

    Thanks for your posting on Q&A.

    What is the version of the affected Server? As far as I know, the KB5012649 is not suitable for Windws Server 2012R2.
