Add a second domain controller to an existing Azure AD Domain

I have already installed the 2nd DC.
This new server has been promoted to a DC, has DNS running on it, & syncing with the Primary DC
My question really is having to do with Azure.
The plan is to have this new DC working with the existing Azure configuration and we will eventually replace the primary with this new one.
Azure already sees the new DC and knows it is a domain controller.
What has to be done in Azure and or on the new DC?

What do you mean by "working with Azure", are you talking about having this DC take over syncing users to Azure AD with AD connect? Or something else?

Yes, that is exactly what I am asking. The end goal is to remove the existing AD/DC. The new DC has already been joined to the domain and has been promoted to be a domain controller. It is visible in the Azure directory, and it has been configured to be a ND Server also.
