Can I change my microsoft learn username url ?

I want to know whether I can change my Microsoft learning account user name from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/RichaAggarwal-0991 to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/RichaAggarwal07 without losing access to my certifications and other challenges I had participated in?
