Unable to create VM in Azure with Free account

I'm unable to create any VM with Azure free trial account. though I'm having enough credits remaining. I have tried with the free service option available still the size options are greyed out. No matter which region or OS image I select size option is greyed out.

Firstly, apologies for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Few VM sizes are currently not available in certain regions due to demand (this is the case for many free trial accounts VM sizes). The solution is to create your VM resources in neighboring regions during these periods of high demand. Microsoft is working around the clock to increase capacity, and it will be addressed soon.
