Asus Flow Z13 updated - Internet died

Question

I have reset the modem (alcatel dongle) and the SIM to no avail.
Restarted the PC several times. No internet, SIM undetected.
Can this be related to updates?

You can try this dongle on another PC or, you may just try another dongle to check on your system.

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to Asus Note book Internet is not working.

1. Please try to Connect using different WIFI or Hot spot.
2. Please verify Gateway ip address should be correct from TCP/IP settings.
3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
4. Please install different browser like Chrome or Firefox and see if you are able to browse internet.
5. -Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator

netsh int ip reset

netsh advfirewall reset
netsh winsock reset

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

6. Reset Network Settings
   Open Settings.
   Click on Network & Internet.
   Click on Status.
   Under the "Change your network settings" section, click the Network reset option.
   Click the Reset now button.
   Click the Yes button.
