Azure Media Services Job metadata

Is there a way to force the Job output from Media Services Not to produce extra metadata ie the ismc , mpi, ism and json files that are designed for streaming. In my case I'd like to have just the core/main output media output file in the output container. I am using the .NET sdk

Hi @echelon318b and thank you for reaching out.

Can you please elaborate more about your scenario and use case, and why you do not want the other generated files?

Not currently. Encoding in Media Services is primarily designed to target streaming from the service as well. That said, there's no additional cost or real overheard in the encoding service creating these file types. They can safely be ignored if all you want is the output MP4.
