Update installed but Software Centre keep showing "Waiting to install"

We deployed a Dell update few days ago via SCCM.
Windows update history shows the update has been installed, but Software Center keep showing the update is waiting to install.
How can we remove the error?

    Hi,

    Could we know this issue is on the specific client or some client? Is the update deployed by SCCM? If so, please check if the update is really installed by checking UpdatesDeployment.log or we could navigate to programs and features on this client.

    If the update is installed, please run the policy in the following screenshot:

    After running the policy, please restart the client to check if the issue is solved.

    Hi RONIRONI-4126,

    If you search online for this firmware update you will find remedial instructions for enterprise customers. As it’s a firmware update, a reboot is required.

    Hi,

    We are upgrading the endpoint from Windows10 to Windows 11 21h2 upgrade. As per the smsts.log showing its installed but the upgrade reinitiating the upgrade from software center.

    Windows Setup completed successfully!

    Exiting with code 0x00000000

    Process completed with exit code 0

    Successfully completed the action (Upgrade Operating System) with the exit win32 code 0
