I'm trying to access my Certificate as a PDF, however I'm advised to contact support. What do I do?

I recently completed the Office Specialist course and passed the examination, however it does not allow me to download a PDF of my certificate.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
