Windows Server 2019 RDS - error 4119 WMI Firewall

Can't get rid of this post-installation error when trying to install RDS roles on a Windows Server 2019 : "Could not create the Windows Management Instrumentation Windows Firewall exception on [server.domain.local]"

    Hi there,

    This error might be caused by one of the following conditions, check the below points and see if they help you in getting over the installation.

    -The Remote Registry service is not running on a remote system.
    -The File and Printer Sharing firewall exception is not enabled on a remote system running Windows Vista.
    -The application is running as a user with insufficient privileges.

    Also, ensure that firewall ports required by RDS are open.

    I have tried with and without Remote Registry running, with and without File and Printer Sharing firewall exception, looks like I don't have folder redirection too :
