need to add title along splash screen image under that title

Currently, there is no built-in splash screen function for the WinUI3 application. So you have to implement it by yourself. Could you please tell me how you implement the splashscreen image for your app now? If you are just showing an existing image as a splash screen, you could just change by adding text on that image.
