Microsoft Excel Power Query

Question

I attempted to follow the tutorial step by step. First of all, I came across with an error message. Why and how to fix it?
I have no way but click YES, the screen was is a mess and didn't look like the one in the tutorial. How to fix it? Thank you very much.
