SCCM-Windows server OS-Deployment

is it possible to install Windows server OS through SCCM for the New physical servers and i have only ILO information to the NEW physical servers... please suggest.

    Thanks for posting in Microsoft MECM Q&A forum.

    Yes, we can using SCCM to deploy Windows server OS, such as Windows server 2016/2019, to the New physical servers, just as normal Windows 10 OS. Please refer to below guides:
