@Hlaing Min Paing - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A and thanks for reaching out.

Are you sure you're using your education's organization's email address? Please refer to the Microsoft for Students FAQ over here:
    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free/free-account-students-faq/

Who is eligible for the Azure for Students?

Azure for Students is available only to students who meet the following requirements. You must affirm that you are age 18 or older and attend an accredited, degree-granting two-year or four-year educational institution where you’re a full-time student in a STEM-related field. You must verify your academic status through your organization’s email address. This offer is not available for use in a massive open online course (MOOC) or in other professional trainings from for-profit organizations. The Azure for Students offer is limited to one per eligible student, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offers unless otherwise permitted by Microsoft. Azure for Students has a limited supply of activations and the offer is available only while supplies last. Each region has a limited number of Azure for Students offers available, and your geographical location may run out of supplies while the offer is still available in other regions. Microsoft may terminate this offer at our sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply.

If you're eligible, then I suggest you create a support request over here:

    https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/

Raise a New Support Request with us, filling out all relevant details as asked on the page. Please ensure that, at a minimum, you provide Error code (the 715- number) and at least either of Transaction ID and Email that you used to log in (if there’s a log-in). Having either Transaction ID or Email is important to us, or we won’t be able to research them.

Please ensure that there is no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (like passwords etc.) in request details

Here is a screenshot of a sample Support case. Expect an Email acknowledgement post submission with all Case details and Support Request Number. Our internal Teams would reach out to you to follow through further and provide a resolution as applicable.

Hope this helps. and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.

    Hi @Hlaing Min Paing

The correct URL for Azure for Student is http://aka.ms/azure4student or full url https://azure.microsoft.com/free/students/

You can sign up for Azure for Student using your student academic email address or via registration for a github student pack account which will give you access to a Azure for Student Verification Code if you do not have a valid student email address.

As a student, you can apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack https://education.github.com/pack , which includes offers and benefits from GitHub partners. you can read more at http://aka.ms/learnstudent

You can use the Github student developer pack to activate your Microsoft Azure account so that you can access the benefits.

Below are the steps to be followed to get the student pack:

Go to Github Education and, in the top right, click on “Get benefits”. Select the benefits for students.
Under “Which best describes your academic status”, you need to select ‘Student’.
    status

Now you need to add the email address that you use for college.

Then you need to upload a picture for proof of your academic status (college ID will do just fine). You can do this by two ways:

    a) Use your camera to take a picture or

    b) Upload the photo directly from your device

Next step is to add your college name.

The last step is to describe the purpose on how do you plan to use Github. You can tell about your willingness to contribute to the open source here.
    contribute

Verify your application details, and click on “Submit your Information”.

    Submit

    You’ll get the confirmation shortly.

How to activate Azure from your pack

Once you get the confirmation email for your student developer pack you need to go back to the Github website using this link Offers and avail the benefits.

There will be many tools available so you need to scroll down and find Microsoft Azure. Click to generate your unique code.

Now go to the Microsoft website and click on “Activate Now” button where you’ll get a prompt to sign in.

Enter your details and you’ll see a page like this:

Click on the dropdown icon and select Verification code. Copy your verification code from your Git website and paste it here.

You can now access your Azure account.
