How do you download the latest Windows Defender platform engine, as well as the definitions?

It is for computers that are not online yet, I would like to do this for both Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

I have found this page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/defenderupdates however, it talks of "security intelligence files" and the linked page "Release notes" https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/definitions/antimalware-definition-release-notes shows only threat detections, not an update for the Windows Defender engine.

I would like the Defender platform downloads for 8.1 as well as Windows 10, is that possible?

    As far as the updates for defender is concerned , you can download all the updates including system updates from Microsoft Catalog website and install it offline

    The website like- https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/home.aspx

    Just search for all the updates that you need and download the file to update it offline

    i have KB https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=%20KB4052623%20(wersja%204.18.2211.5), dowloaded "updateplatform_b5a2679b058450feb68b78736e525f8f5ac657fb.exe" for my platform (windows 10) and after run it i do not see that engine 2007 was changed to 2011. how to install this update?
