how do I setup a out of office for the company's main phone number for every Friday?
From within the options available for configuring Auto attendant, you can set up the business hours and configure the call flow for After business hours. For more details, see Call flow for after hours.
Or do you mean aside from the "After hours" settings, you'd like to add an additional automatic reply for the main phone number for every Friday? If this is the case, I am afraid currently there's no built-in feature available for this particular requirement. As a workaround, you may consider setting up a 'holiday' by manually adding each Friday in a time period, then configure a call flow for this 'holiday', see Call flows during holidays. But this is a little bit tedious and you would need to update the dates included in this 'holiday' from time to time because we can only add 10 dates in one holiday.
