Free Certifications for Military

Is it true that microsoft is allowing military members with a .mil to get their certification until June 30?
I tried to use my government email(diego.varela@us.af.mil) on the exam discounts page and it did not work for any certification. If anyone would help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
