I am having issues accessing my VPN from my desktop computer for my job. I have the Authenticator app on my phone and it lets me sign in on it just fine but when I try to sign in from my desktop it keeps saying login failed. My app is up and running just fine on my phone and approves my sign in every time from it but it’s not notifying me to accept the approval from my desktop when I try to login into the computer it says login failed. My password is right that I am using and I continue to get login failed. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me with this? I would greatly appreciate it!

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to connecting to VPN.

There can several reasons for Login failed.

    1. Please verify your password in not expired and your account is not locked.
    2. On your VPN device or software please check your AD User and Computer account is allowed to sign-in.
    3. Please verify Date and Time should be synced.
    4. Please ensure your AD Domain Replication health is good and all in Synced.
    5. Please try to Disjoined and Re-Join your computer to your AD domain.
    6. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
