automatically sync sharepoint site/library on client machine (onedrive) using Intune/Endpoint

Is it possible to automatically "Sync" SharePoint site/library on client machines (OneDrive) using Intune/Endpoint - Configuration Profiles.
Instead of visiting the SharePoint site/library website and clicking "Sync" ?

Based on 1st link below, states that it is not possible.
However 2nd link shows it is.

Can anyone point me to a Microsoft documentation on setting this up and other information ?

Ultimately, this really has nothing to do with Intune. Intune is just a policy deployment engine so the real question here should be, is there a policy implemented by the service or application you are interested in that achieves your desired result, and can be deployed by Intune?

As the second link shows you, the answer is yes. OneDrive has implemented group policies to control many behaviors including the one you've called out and nearly all group policies (aka ADMXs) that are built into Windows are exposed for deployment via Intune now (although you should use the Settings Catalog instead of Admin Templates). The first item you linked to is quite old (~4 years) and many things have changed and been added since then.

Thanks for pointing out the differences. As you said nearly all group policies (aka ADMXs) and etc are exposed for deployment via Intune.
Simply put/said it is under Endpoint which is being redirect from Intune page upon clicking on Intune service in Azure portal.
As you said things change. " The first item you linked to is quite old (~4 years) and many things have changed and been added since then."

I am just saying that above to not discourage others to try and figure out.

I will look into the "Settings Catalog" - Endpoint/Intune, whether there is something in there to automatically "Sync" SharePoint site/library on client machines through OneDrive.

@CactusCake Based on my check, there is the setting "Configure team site libraries to sync automatically".

Thanks for that screenshot. I went through that section (Setting Catalog) in Endpoint. Created the config profile but it does not seem to be propagating/working.
Will keep testing on the "Settings Catalog" method.

But the the "Templates" method did work, but with limited success.
TestUser1 will have it work/sync on daily driver workstation after approximately 24hrs, but not on another machine even after 24 hours.

I have noted in both methods that it states the limitation of total users and minimum time required (8 hrs) to propagate.

Is there anything else I should take note off ?

@CactusCake Intune just deploy policies. If the policy is deployed successfully, intune finishes its work. How does the policy work, it is not controlled by intune.

I have done a lot of research, I find that some people have discussed about this working time issue. Please refer to the following link:
