Multiple Media services account or just one?

Question

I have to build up a pipeline that includes different services offered by the azure media services, like Encoding and analysis.

My question is:
it is better to implement different azure media services accounts or use just only one account?

And, what are the price differences from one another solution?

Example: the pipeline is:
Encode video -> Analyze video -> output.

It is best practice that step 1 and 2 are part of the same media services account?

Generally it is better to use a single account so that you do not have duplicate videos in both accounts. While not that expensive, it would increase Storage costs. It is easier to use a single account as well. Media Services requires that videos be in the form of an asset, so there are a few steps to ingest content into the account.
