Update KB5008601 will not install on Server 2016

Hello, I am trying to install out of band update KB5008601 on server 2016, but according to the OS this update is not applicable to my Server. However when I download it from the catalog, this is the KB that is assigned to my server.

I was wondering if there are any superseeding updates to this KB ?

    According to my research, the KB5008601 update has been published in 2021-11. (2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5008601))
    The update has been superseded by the following updates:
    2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5010195)
    2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5009546)
    2021-12 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5008207)
    2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5010790)
    2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5010790)
    2022-02 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5010359)
    2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5009546)
    2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5009546)

    So it is recommended to install the latest Cumulative Update. In addition, the out of band update will be included into the next Cumulative Update in the same month. If you have already install the Cumulative Updates which been published after 2021-11, the KB5008601 update is not applicable to you.
