AKS Proxy Issue

Hi,

After enabled proxy in AKS, we noticed that Inter service communication is not happening. We are getting error that "java.io.IOException Unable to tunnel through proxy. proxy returns "HTTP/1.0 404 Not found"

We have also added AKS virtual network cluster ip as part of http.nonproxyhosts. Can anyone help me on this issue?

I am currently trying to reproduce this issue and will get back to you shortly.
In the meantime, please go through this document on HTTP proxy support in Azure Kubernetes Service (preview) and see if you are missing anything.

Could you try to enter the pod and try curl any public website to check if proxy is working well?
You can also describe or run env to confirm the proxy environment value.
