Hello,

In Partner Network in CSP, Under Add New>Under Azure>Microsoft Azure> We see an option for Azure Global: For Partner and Resellers. Does anyone know what is that? Is that a temp license of some sort or for testing purposes? Is there a cost associated to it? It's under a customer when placing an order.

For some customers there is only the option to choose Azure Plan and place a subscription under it. Some customers have an additional option Azure Global to choose from as posted by Penny Glover.

In both cases the segment is Commercial

I believe it's an Azure Subscription; under CSP, Global is the Azure public (i.e. not Government).

"MicrosoftAzure, which includes items for Microsoft Azure subscriptions (MS-AZR-0145P) and Azure plans"

So if you were to select that it would create an empty Azure subscription under the customer.

Your best plan of attack would be to reach out to your CSP and confirm etc, each CSP portal is different, at a guess the subscription would be 'Free' as there are no resources provisioned, but check with your CSP to make sure.
