I am trying to run an HTML server page on my chrome browser to see if my code looks okay but when I click open in browser, live server, or any extension really (I've tried multiple). It shows a blank screen and I don't know what to do in order to fix it.
Your question is too vague for any forum user to be able to help you. You will need to provide details about your problem. Screen snapshots of what you have configured and the programs that you are executing would be a good start.
Update: Use the devtools to inspect the page source to verify that you are browsing the page that you built.

This could be caused by essential HTML tags missing from the page code. Can you post a code example onto this thread so that we can take a look, please?

above code is working properly in vs code live preview extension but in chrome it show a blank page.
There is nothing wrong with that html by itself. You probably have some other html statements that are incorrect and are affecting how the page is parsed. Or you are browsing the wrong page.
