AppDiscovery on Clients

Hi,
i am having clients installing applications and delivering "installed" back.
In the AppDiscovery.log on some clients, I am seeing errors detecting the application. Strange is that only old revisions of the installed application could not be verified.
The revisons of the application are already delete on the site server.

    Based on your description of the problem you are currently facing, I suggest you check for any functional issues in your SCCM environment.
    If there are no functional issues there, please don't panic.
    If it is causing an issue, then the place to start is to reset the policy on the machine completely. Starting with SCCM 1810, Microsoft includes a SCCM troubleshooting tool called the Support Center in the product itself. We can refer to the following article for more details:
