Does Power Platform admin center has licensing cost?

I am planning to buy a Per user plan with attended RPA subscription of Power Automate. Would I be able to access Power Platform admin center without any additional charge or would I be charged ?
I am not planning to buy subscription for Power BI or power Apps.

    @Prasant N Thanks for posting in our Q&A. For this issue, it is not related to intune. It is related to Power Platform. I'm not a support engineer of Power Platform and know little about it.
