Hyper-V manager can't start VM

Hi!

I'm trying to set up a couple of VM-s on a Windows 11, but whenever I try to start them, I get an error message saying that hypervisor is not running on my PC.
I've been trying to debug for a good while now, here are my notes:
-CPU can handle hardware assisted virtualization, and is enabled in BIOS
-Hyper-V service is installed, restarted, reinstaller (with reboots)
-DEP is enabled in BIOS and in Windows, available to all applications.
-Similar virtualization software with similar requirements works (Virtualbox, Sandbox)
-I've seen a Windows update that caused this issue, but the one's I've seen were not installed on my system.

Is there anything I'm missing?

Thank you for the help.
