Error with load from RestAPI into Parquet AZURE

Hello.
Can anybody help me pls?
I am load data From RestAPI
https://dev.azure.com/MyOrganization/_apis/test/runs?includeRunDetails=true&api-version=6.0

Testing Connection - is ok.

But when push in Import Schema in Copy Data block is error
