Application Rationalization tools

I have a large amount of application information that is required to be processed to find out the applications that are targetting the Active Directory. I have removed the duplicates from the sheet and I am looking into the recent versions only, but the manual process is a tedious task.

Is there any tool that I can use for the Rationalization of the applications?
