Hi,

It appears there is some built-in process that scans the various locations (without us configuring anything) and populates the Compliance Portal / Data Classification / Content Explorer section, as per screenshot:

Questions:

  1. What is this built-in process? Do we have any control over it?
  2. We created a new SharePoint Site a week ago and uploaded PCI data to it - its been a week, but the SPS site is still not listed in Compliance Portal / Data Classification / Content Explorer / SharePoint...so we come back to question 1 above :)
  3. Should we see our new SPS site in Compliance Portal / Data Classification / Content Explorer / SharePoint? How long does it take?
