SCCM hardware Scan showing blank one of cilent

one of windows 2019 client doesn't shows hardware inventory and the hardware scan is showing blank.
but software Scan is working.

I have reinstalled the SCCM agent still same 22463-inventory.jpg

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
    It seems the inventory is running, what's the end does the log like? The common log should like:
    22606-33.jpg

    But the log InventoryVersionNumber for '{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001}' not found is not common, you may check the resultant client settings on the problem machine to see if hardware inventory is enabled for this client(right click the client > client setting > resultant client settings):
