After several changes in the registry editor, my laptop became VERY slow.

The story began with the fact that I used to have 4 different languages: Ukrainian, English American, English British and russian. I deleted the last two, but then quite often they reappeared again and again and I got VERY tired, I started looking for ways to remove these languages from my computer, so I found this article. So I did as they said, namely I made changes to the folders HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layouts\, Computer\HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload, HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International\User Profile, HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International\User Profile System Backup and maybe somewhere else that was the same about these two languages and their codes.

After I restarted the laptop, it started to run three times slower and each time I try to enter something, you have to wait 20 seconds, in addition, I can not write anything in the system input fields, such as simple search, search settings or even search in the file explorer. Missing the ability to copy / paste in Microsoft Word. Also, I don't see the language change window when I press ctrl + shift or win + space.

I was hoping that I might get some updates, but it's been a few weeks. Can I try to return everything to the state it was in (although I do not know what fields were there), or can the transition to Windows 11 somehow restore registry editor. Any help, guidance or suggestions as to how I can get my PC working normal again would be greatly appreciated.
