GCP Linux VM Migrate to Azure

Hi ,

I have followed the document for Azure migration for GCP to AZURE.

i am trying to migrate a centOS 7 GCP VM to Azure

Stuck at the below step .

instllation if push client on VM, which i like to migrate

pushinstallclient

cousl you please help me with the steps or let me know, where i am doing wrong.

I understand that you are trying to migrate a VM from GCP to Azure and got stuck while performing push installation on the VM. From the documentation - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/migrate/tutorial-migrate-gcp-virtual-machines#enable-replication-for-gcp-vms in the step 5: It is clearly mentioned that (push install is not supported).

If I've misunderstood your issue, please re-phrase your question and share more details along with screenshot for better clarity on the issue.

Hi all, if the pushinstallclient executable file is not supported how should I migrate my linux machine to azure plataforme? is there another executable file to do this in linux servers?

You can use Microsoft-ASR_UA_9.53.0.0_UBUNTU-18.04-64_GA_11Feb2023_Release.tar for the same.
