Server 2022 Essentials Product Key Activation Error

Hi guys,

We had purchased Windows Server 2022 Essentials edition license and currently experiencing activation error.

As per this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server-essentials/get-started/get-started we can use the Server 2022 Standard ISO and it will become an Essentials edition once activated using an Essentials product key. Although we are getting this error when we try to activate the Essentials product key.

"The product key you entered didn't work......(0xC004F050)"

Any way to fix this?

    The only thing you can do is contact the seller. Server 2022 Essentials is an OEM only product so I'd be careful about the validity of sellers.
