Combinar dos perfiles de Microsoft Certification

Tego dos perfiles de Microsoft Certification, uno con el numero 13860050 (rqvzla@Stuff .com) y otro con el numero 13078218 (rqvzla@Karima ben .com).

Necesito combinar ambos perfiles, el que tiene mis certificaciones principales es el 13860050.
