TFS Checkin comments for release

Hi,
We are implementing CI\CD (TFSVC). when user checks-in changes (adds check in comment), automatically triggers build and releases to dev environment. From there approval is needed for release to UAT.

What I would like is to access TFS check-in comments and add them to build and release when they get created automatically.

Is it possible to do.
