From the screenshots I can understand that you are talking about the charges $95.07. Though your usage is not that great but the charges seems to be for the standard support plan - https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/support/plans/
It so happens that some times, accidently you opt for the support plans and you only notice when the bill is generated towards end of the month.
Recommend you to reach out Azure billing and subscription management support team to validate charges and request for refund. Raising support requests helps you connect with the support professional and get quick resolution to your issue.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.
