Hey ricardosolisvillegas-4678 I've tried that workaround already and it didn't work

I've been able to set the printer up as a local printer and can get a test page but when I \ the server to load the printer it still gives me the error code. We use a POS program that needs to recognize the printer as a networked kitchen printer and using as a local printer requires us to setup a new kitchen printing interface.
