Spotify seems to have found a way to Loadup at boot and not show on Autoruns. I used Spotify to play some tunes the the other day, and found that Spotify has set its self to autoload at system boot. So, I loaded up Autoruns64.exe and looked for an entry, strangely enough, I could not find one.

If they have found a unnoticed trigger point, I am sure that others will follow, could you look into this please.

thank you

On my OS (Windows 10 21H1), it is just in the standard location :

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

I don't understand this "answer". I also have found that Autoruns is not showing any entry that indicates that Spotify should be starting automatically, and yet it does each time I restart the machine and I can't prevent it from doing so.

Thanks for letting me know, Eric. I don't expect that Mark Russinovich is still maintaining the Sysinternal tools, but this is the kind of thing he would have been all over in his days prior to Microsoft buying the suite.
