Intune Certificate Connector loop in “signed in” stage

I'm installing "Intune certificate connector" on Windows 2022 and have the same "signed in " loop issue. I followed this one. It didn't fix my issue. Can you please test on Windows 2022 and see if you see the same issue and fix it?

    What permissions does your account have that you are trying to sign in with? Do you have IE Enhanced Security enabled?

    I just turned of IE Enhanced Security. Now, I got diffirent error:

    Something went wrong
    An unanticipated error occurred. Your IT department may be able to help.

    I have Azure Globale Admin permision. But our on-premise AD and Azure AD are not syned. Would that be the issue.
