Intune Certificate Connector loop in “signed in” stage

I'm installing "Intune certificate connector" on Windows 2022 and have the same "signed in " loop issue. I followed this one. It didn't fix my issue. Can you please test on Windows 2022 and see if you see the same issue and fix it?

What permissions does your account have that you are trying to sign in with? Do you have IE Enhanced Security enabled?

The docs state:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/certificate-connector-prerequisites#azure-active-directory-user

"When configuring the connector, you'll need to use a user account that: is either a Global Admin or Intune Admin, has an Intune license assigned, and must be a synchronized account from your local Active Directory."
