My laptop is preinstalled with Windows 10. Then I changed the preinstalled Windows key to another key. Now I want to switch back to the preinstalled key, but I cannot find the key. Is there any way to know the key? I have lost bill documents and the warranty card.

To find the Windows 10 product key pre-installed on a laptop, follow these steps:

    1. Press Windows + X and select Windows PowerShell (Admin).
    2. Type the command: wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey.
    3. Press Enter; your product key will be displayed.

If you need a new license, contact only Microsoft partners like Hypest-KEY for genuine products.

    Hi @John Monson ,

Generally, if you bought a physical copy of Windows, the product key should be on a label or card inside the box that Windows came in. If Windows came preinstalled on your PC, the product key should appear on a sticker on your device. If you've lost or can't find the product key, contact the manufacturer.

Have you chance to contact the manufacturer?
