How to create an interactive tab in a Visio org chart

I am creating an org chart in Visio. I have created the basic structure but I want to create an interactive chart that you can click on to access and display some extra information in the chart (like as a drop down menu or pop up tab or extra box in the chart). Basically, I want to be able to click on each position and have further information about the role displayed (but that information is hidden unless clicked on/expanded).

Is this possible? And how would I go about doing this?

    Welcome to Q&A forum ~

    According to your descriptions, please try to add data to Visio shapes.

    You can select one position shape, right click on it > Data > Define Shape Data, add or remove the fileds in Properties list, and check its value.

    After add the data to each position shape, you can choose on shape, right click on it > Data > Shape Data, then you can switch shapes to browse the corresponding information.
