Yes, I can change the IP from the method you mentioned, but how can I solve this problem so that I do not encounter this message while setting the IP?

I am glad to know that it worked and for the other concern that you are stating I would suggest to do the following:
-Ethernet network adapter Reset
-Uninstall the driver and update the driver again.
