Please I need your help on this.

We are having problems with external users who are now part of our organization.

Some of our users and external users cannot chat and also cannot request control from either end.

Below are the error message

their status is showing do not disturb as shown below:

Do you mean these user cannot communicate with each other, right?

If those user is show do not disturb, have you tried to change their presence into available to see if it works?
